At Supervan we’ve been doing all we can to keep our customers, colleagues and communities safe and well throughout the Covid Pandemic.

Following the recent announcements in England, we wanted to let you know how we are working at our premises.

In line with regulations in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland, it is now a legal requirement for customers to wear a face covering in our premises (unless exempt).

When you visit us you will also still find the following safety measures:

• Hand Sanitiser and masks at our entrance.
• Plastic screening at our reception counter.
• Sanitised vehicles before and after every hire.
• Enhanced cleaning across our workplace.
• All of our staff are voluntarily taking a Lateral Flow Test daily and are fully Vaccinated to ensure the safety of all.

Thank you for all you are doing to keep each other and our colleagues safe and well.

Don’t worry Supervan has got it covered!

All of our vehicles are ULEZ compliant. As of the 25^th October 2021 the ULEZ zone has increased in size, covering a much larger area and operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

When Renting one of our vehicles, you will not have to pay the £12.50 daily charge.

Don’t get confused, this is not the usual Congestion Zone charge (you will still have to pay that)

The ULEZ Zone / Charge is an additional charge for older vehicles that emit high levels of air pollution.

Covid – 19 Update

Further to the Prime Ministers announcement on Monday 4th January 2021, the United Kingdom is now in another National Lockdown.

However, vehicle hire companies remain exempt from closure and have key worker status. So rest assured, we will remain open and here to serve all of your vehicle rental needs.

Keep well and stay safe.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of our Clients, Friends, Followers and Suppliers.

We will close at 5pm 23rd December 2020 and we will reopen 8am 4th January 2021

During these difficult times for everyone, we will be keeping our doors OPEN, for all of your van rental requirements.

Rest assured we are following all of the government guidelines to keep you and our staff covid-safe.

We will be back and fully operational as of 15th June 2020

Please bear with us whilst we return with reduced staff and amended operating procedures.

We have enhanced our already robust cleaning techniques of our vehicles.

We are also cleaning our facilities frequently with recommended sanitizing products and encouraging all employees and visitors to be vigilant about frequent hand washing and close contact.

Be aware of the following;

Do

1. Keep 2 meters between you and other people at all times.
2. Maintain good hygiene with the hand sanitiser provided.
3. Use appropriate PPE as required.
4. Wait your turn to enter a communal area if full.
5. Treat other people with respect.
6. Catch all coughs and sneezes in a tissue.
7. Ensure you disinfect shared equipment after use.

Don’t

1. Stand closer than 2 metres to each other.
2. Deliberately disobey the rules
3. Partake in any horse play that would make others feel uncomfortable
