Look no further if you need to rent a quality van or motorbike! These guys are a pleasure to deal with! I have rented both bikes and vans off Mark and Trina in the past, and I'm always greeted with a smile and the offer of a coffee upon arrival. Last week I needed a Luton van to move house, rode my bike there in the rain, absolutely wet through. Mark offered to dry my riding gear and store my bike inside while I had the van for a few days. The van was immaculate inside and out. Got a full walk through of the controls and blind spots as I'd never driven anything of that size before. It was perfect, the easiest house move I've ever done thanks to the team at Supervan! Dropped the van back and enjoyed another coffee and a look around their bikes before setting off home. The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because you cannot give 6 stars. I needed a van urgently this morning. Brian at Supervan was by far the most professional, helpful and friendly person I spoke to, having tried some other local firms. I've recently used Supervan 3 times, with 3 different van sizes. This is a very professional firm and I was most impressed. 1) Vans are quite new and in good condition, and very clean. 2) Easy to drive, even the largest Luton with tail lift. 3) Very comprehensive run through of the vehicle operation so I felt comfortable taking it out. 4) Reasonable mileage allowance and charges above 150 miles. 5) Ability to leave my car while taking the van which saved me having to organise lifts. 6) All clear pricing and terms. 7) Friendly helpful staff - thanks Brian.

I’ve rented one of Supervan’s automatic vans annually for the last three years. I don’t live in Essex, but the exceptional customer service, amazingly serviced vans and overall experience is worth the trek from London! I’ve never had any major issues, though this year there was something up with the van and the team at Supervan went above and beyond to try and rectify the issue. More than that, they offered to drive to my location and swap out the van! Which really showed me how much they want to make sure the customers are happy. In the end this wasn’t possible, but due to this and every previous year’s good experience I will undoubtedly be back when I next need a van! Supervan saved us!!! A large, well known van hirer let us down at the last minute. After a quick panic we found Supervan. From the initial phone call they were helpful. Pick up of the van was easy and everything was explained about the process, and even minor scratches already on the van were noted. The van itself (manual Luton tail lift) was in a good condition and very clean. Drop off was simple, with a quick check of the vehicle to make sure I hadn't caused damage. Very, very good experience and would consider using Supervan again if needed. Thank you!

Great van rental company that I have used a couple of times. Vans are clean, new and we'll spec'd. Ours had Android Auto compatible media center which made navigation and Bluetooth phonecalls really easy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I love their new service desk, everything felt really Covid too. Most of the vans are automatic, so one less thing to think about, but they also had manual override, so if you needed to control your gears you could.

This is my 3rd time of renting from Supervan as they are the only ones that do automatic van hire, at least close enough to me. The vans have been clean, well maintained and I had no issues. The staff have been helpful and supportive. I actually ran late in returning once and I wasn't charged extra. I've left my car there as well and on getting back had a flat battery which they kindly jump started for me. Today I was helped with getting a taxi back home as I didn't know Uber wouldn't come to that area. All in all, I would most definitely use them again. I have no complaints whatsoever

Some trepidation at the actual size of the bike but after putting on my big girl pants, the new Suzuki GSX650F is great fun. Heavy but once moving, it's nimble. Not sharp off the throttle which is great if you're wary of whisky throttle.

Excellent service from Brian & Dave was super friendly.

I hired the BMW 1200 GS for 5 days to travel to La Rochelle in France and back. Supervan were extremely helpful, professional and basically could not have helped me more from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them, despite my every changing requests for SatNav, topbox etc.

The bike was all ready for me when I arrived, the time and attention to detail given to me to ensure I was all set for my trip was excellent.

I covered almost 1200 miles on my trip which I absolutely loved, and the bike handled superbly, to be honest I didn't want to give the bike back, but all good things have to come to an end.

I would absolutely recommend Supervan to anyone that is looking for excellent customer server, which comes with an excellent standard of bike, for a short or long rental.

These guys have cracked it!

I have used Supervan for my last two summer trips. In 2013 I hired a BMW S1000RR and in 2014 a Ducati Multistrada.

On both occasions the booking process has been made very easy with all costs being clearly identified On arrival at the depot I have been given a warm welcome, before getting a comprehensive tour of my bike.

The bikes were immaculately presented and both bikes were faultless, and performed superbly. All you need to do is supply the fuel, and Supervan will supply the smiles!
