Staying Safe Together
At Supervan we’ve been doing all we can to keep our customers, colleagues and communities safe and well throughout the Covid Pandemic.
Following the recent announcements in England, we wanted to let you know how we are working at our premises.
In line with regulations in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland, it is now a legal requirement for customers to wear a face covering in our premises (unless exempt).
When you visit us you will also still find the following safety measures:
- Hand Sanitiser and masks at our entrance.
- Plastic screening at our reception counter.
- Sanitised vehicles before and after every hire.
- Enhanced cleaning across our workplace.
- All of our staff are voluntarily taking a Lateral Flow Test daily and are fully Vaccinated to ensure the safety of all.
Thank you for all you are doing to keep each other and our colleagues safe and well.
LONDON ULTRA LOW EMISSION ZONE (ULEZ)
Don’t worry Supervan has got it covered!
All of our vehicles are ULEZ compliant. As of the 25th October 2021 the ULEZ zone has increased in size, covering a much larger area and operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
When Renting one of our vehicles, you will not have to pay the £12.50 daily charge.
Don’t get confused, this is not the usual Congestion Zone charge (you will still have to pay that)
The ULEZ Zone / Charge is an additional charge for older vehicles that emit high levels of air pollution.

STAMP DUTY HOLIDAY IS ENDING ON 30TH SEPTEMBER 2021
We are currently very busy assisting movers with their vehicle hire requirements!
At the end of June when the holiday was originally set to finish, it was crazy busy. Many customers could not get vehicles as we were completely booked up.
